A unique Austin sushi concept is popping up inside every Tuesday in June 🪴
is the husband-and-wife project of Becca Seiler and Spencer Brown.
Together, they’re blending local farming, sustainable seafood, and Japanese technique through monthly garden dinners and made-to-order sushi pop-ups.
Spencer has cooked at some of Austin’s most respected sushi restaurants, including Komé, Uchiko, Uroko, and Este.
Becca brings her background in farming and local produce, helping shape a concept that connects Gulf Coast seafood with seasonal Texas ingredients.
Their $40 omakase box includes 10 pieces of nigiri, futomaki, and housemade pickles. Expect sustainably sourced fish, including Gulf Coast catches processed using the Japanese Ike Jime method, along with unique touches like Native Texas Persimmon Miso and Wasabi Butter.
You’ll find them inside Frond Plant Shop right next to every Tuesday in June from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
