Rolfing Austin is now Rolfing Fredericksburg, Texas ya'll!

Another great Touch for Health class this weekend with Dr. John Martin. And we have such a tight group that's evolved from Level One. Truly a fun and rewarding two days. Today, Doris brought Kale chips. They were awesome. And I never imagined that I would say that about anything Kale. The times, they are a changin'.

Last Saturday I did manage to make it to Kay Christopher's EFT class. I would recommend it to all, as it's applications are many and varied. And Kay is a terrific instructor.

And also on Friday I met Colleen McCoy for a session at the Mindful Body Center on Houston St. She's a Pilates instructor there, but that day she put me through a rigorous hour of ki-Hara resistance stretching and "mashing" that felt incredible. Loved it.

new acquaintance and long time Austinite, Cash Edwards introduced me to Tom
Schnorr from the Apothecary Shoppe here in N. Austin.

the monthly lecture for Austin Functional Medicine where I met several new
friends from the Austin
area. AFM will be a monthly event from now on. Tomorrow it's
lunch with Tom.

Last week was another just chock full of meeting new folks and making new friends. I had a great time doing a little Rolfing on and getting to know Anne Pizarro, registered nurse with Body Energy Connection, chiropractor Adam Schwartz, massage therapist David Jenkins, and Craig Connor, a bona fide native Texan who, together with his wife represent the Melaleuca line of products.
