This Friday, June 12th, Jason Gorman from the Ten31 Texas team is set to take on the 63rd Annual Texas Water Safari! As the world’s toughest canoe race, Jason and his wife will be travelling 260 miles from the San Marcos River to Seadrift. They will be in canoe 16. Wish them good luck! 🛶

Texas Water Safari – The World's Toughest Canoe Race The Texas Water Safari is comprised of several events including an information seminar, three short races (one of which can be considered as a preliminary race) and of course, the Safari itself – the 260 mile race to Seadrift from the headwaters of the San Marcos River.

One of the key steps of a 1031 exchange transaction is identifying your replacement property. When submitting a signed identification form from your Qualified Intermediary (like us!), you need to use one of three IRS-approved methods.
