🚨Fathers Day Hyrox style workout 🚨

On June 21st, we’re hosting our first Father’s Day HYROX-style workout at Dane’s Body Shop — built for dads/father figures and their kids to team up, run, row, push sleds, carry sandbags, tackle obstacles, and have an absolute blast together.

Whether your kid is 5 or 50, everything is scaled to their age and ability so they feel challenged, encouraged, and proud of themselves when they finish. And if you’ve got multiple kiddos, bring the whole crew — we’ll have heats for teams of 2, 3, and 4.

This isn’t about being the fittest dad in Austin.It’s about showing up, laughing together, getting a little sweaty, and building core memories your kids won’t forget.
