Looking ahead to Day 3 at London Community Week: Unconference.

A planned agenda gives structure. An Unconference gives the room space to surface what people are actively trying to solve.

That is a useful reminder for community teams: strong programs make room for members to bring forward what matters.

One takeaway from Day 1 of London Community Week 2026:
Community teams are not short on ideas. They are short on systems that help those ideas scale.

The strongest conversations today came back to the same theme. Community can’t depend on heroic manual effort forever.

It needs clearer member journeys, better ways to measure value, and operating rhythms that help teams act before problems become churn signals.

Day 2 brings the conference sessions and roundtables.
