𝗣𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 American IPA | ABV: 6.5% | Lamar Only
This American IPA drips with sticky mango and pungent cannabis, showcasing heavy additions of Mosaic, Chinook, Amarillo, and Strata CGX. Briess Pilsner malts provide a slightly sweet foundation for a medium body paired with a gentle, boozy warmth.

𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 West Coast IPA | ABV: 7.2% | Burnet Only
A total Mosaic saturation, utilizing T90, Cryo, Whole Leaf, and Resin formats for maximum impact. Bright citrus and lime zest aromas collide with pine. This DDH West Coast powerhouse coats the palate before yielding a clean, melon-forward finish

𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 Saison | ABV: 4.3% | Ben White Only
Garrison’s farmhouse hybrid Saison highlights lemongrass and sweet hay via Hallertau Blanc. Brewed with Red Wheat, it pours a semi-dry biscuit profile. Subtle clove spice lingers across a tingly carbonation for a rustic vibe.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮 XPA | ABV: 5.8% | Round Rock Only
Adam’s magical XPA cast flows with stinky papaya and diesel fueled by Mosaic, Strata, Riwaka, Nectarine, and Simcoe. This tropical elixir brings Sauvignon Blanc grape notes through Riwaka. An oily mouthfeel fuels your next ability via strawberry.

𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲 Helles Lager | ABV: 5.5% | Round Rock Only
Austin’s Helles Lager is the ultimate crusher, utilizing Hallertau Mittelfruh for a classic profile. Floral honey and water cracker notes define this elegant, high-carb brew. Weyermann Pilsner malt ensures every sip ends on a snap.

EJ Day returns to the pub where it was first brewed on Saturday, June 6th! This year is shaping up to be a fun one with three fresh Jellyfish variants, including a collaboration with our Chicago-based buds at Hop Butcher for the World.

Fully Adrift was brewed at Burnet by our Director of Brewery Innovation, Trevor. He's constantly evolving beer with innovative products layered throughout in each batch. This run featured a new-to-market hop named Thora that elevated it to another level. Shoutout to the Hop Quality Group, the USDA-ARS program, and our growing partners for that beauty. Hecho En Szechuan poured out of Lamar this year, compliments of Ethan and the Lamar brew crew. Hecho has been a passion project for half a decade, making this recognition incredibly rewarding.

Days like today were basically made for the Bánh Mì pizza.

It’s been back on the menu for a few weeks now, but there’s something about a mild spring afternoon that makes this pie hit different. You get that savory warmth from the sausage and a moderate spice from the Sriracha and jalapeño, all balanced out by the fresh cucumber, pickled veggies, and cilantro.

If you’re hanging out at the pub, grab a pour of 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘓𝘰𝘵𝘶𝘴 𝘈𝘭𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘓𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳 (5% 𝘈𝘉𝘝) for a delicious pairing. Its floral, crisp notes offer an awesome contrast to the spice. We'll be slinging pies & pints until 10PM today, so grab your crew and come hang with ours!

We’ve got an exciting release lined up this Friday with Austin community stalwarts UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum. This collab is a true departure for us, leaning into the explorative side of lager brewing to celebrate local art and greenery. Check out the details below👇

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀 (𝟱.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀): Built on a base of Dingemanns Pilsner malt, we utilized a unique blend of Strisselspalt, Mt. Hood, and Aramis hops to create a profile defined by brilliant clarity and a crisp, straw-gold pour. The aroma leads with fresh cracker and sweet bread, giving way to a flavor profile of herbal spice and soft floral notes. It finishes light and snappy with a balanced bitterness, meticulously crafted for outdoor sipping and garden wandering.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯: We’ve teamed up with our friends at the UMLAUF to brew something special for their annual Garden Party, which raises funds to support the UMLAUF’s year-round cultural, educational, and community programs! Inspired by the serene beauty of the UMLAUF, Garden Lotus is a liquid tribute to Austin’s favorite urban sanctuary. We looked to the Alsace region of France for inspiration, a Pilsner as elegant and balanced as the sculptures that inspired it.
