And if you’ve been wondering about the Gibbon Arms…we’re testing some theories. Nothing is concrete (yet).
The Mammoth Belt Squat does have ‘squat’ in the name, so here’s something you can try to change things up if you’re struggling to hit your glutes.
Sumo squats are generally pretty underrated because most trainees neglect their glutes. Strong glutes are not only pretty awesome to have, but getting them strong will highly reduce lower back injury rate and irritation.
Sometimes a home gym forces you to get creative with your exercise selection, so consider throwing these in!
