A clear tension we noticed at ? Supply chains operate globally, but decisions are still fragmented across , , and .

That gap is where delays and risk build.

More leaders are focused on closing it, not by adding tools, but by connecting decisions across the network.

Wrapping up Barcelona, a few themes stood out from a packed week of sessions, customer conversations, and spontaneous discussions by e2open’s smoothie bar.

👉 One message in particular came through clearly: leading companies are not starting with the latest AI capabilities. They are starting with a North Star.

Before chasing “what can AI do?”, the focus is shifting to “what are we actually trying to solve?”

That perspective came to life during our express workshop activity at the booth. What began as a simple exercise quickly became an eye-opener in several conversations, highlighting how easy it is to move straight to solutions without first aligning on direction.

Across the event, that same thread kept surfacing in different forms. Clarity is becoming the differentiator.

As Barcelona wraps, the takeaway feels simple: direction first, acceleration second.

Thank you to everyone who connected with us in Barcelona. Stay tuned for a final video of our time there next week!

What can we do in 15 minutes at Barcelona? 🧐

Start with your priorities — challenges, ambitions, and what success actually looks like.

Then we map those to the capabilities that matter across sourcing, planning, logistics, and compliance, and quickly surface where impact is highest and where value can be delivered fastest.

It’s a simple way to move from discussion to a clear, practical starting point.

Come by booth #206 and try it with us!

⚠️ If you’re navigating global trade right now, tariffs, sanctions, and regulatory changes are no longer abstract policy shifts. They’re real inputs shaping day-to-day supply chain decisions.

That connection between compliance and ex*****on is exactly what we’re diving into today at Barcelona.

🛑 If you're in Barcelona, stop by Booth 206. Johannes Hangl starts things off at 9:50 a.m., with additional live demos from Andreas Brock and Ronny Rössel throughout the day.

See you there!
