A spec suite, thoughtfully transformed to feel unmistakably TBG 🌱

After signing their lease with Headwall Investments at The Allen, TBG Partners engaged our team to refine and enhance the space to better align with their operational needs and identity. From small wall adjustments that accommodate their growing team to furniture selections rooted in nature, this space was designed to support collaboration, reflect TBG’s identity, and create a welcoming home for their San Antonio team.

Ultra Clean Technology, a leading supplier of critical subsystems and ultra‑high‑purity services has expanded into its new 180,500 SF facility in Manor, TX.

The project pairs pristine, efficient cleanrooms with warm, professional office spaces, balancing technical precision with an environment that feels welcoming for both staff and visitors.

To accommodate varying cleanliness needs across major chip‑manufacturing clients, the filtration system was engineered for flexibility. Built to meet current standards yet designed with capacity for future expansion, the system allows the facility to adapt as operational requirements evolve.

A sneak peek at the Community First! Village by Mobile Loaves & Fishes in Austin!

Phase 3 was completed last October, and we are so pleased to see the progress made on this site. This phase was comprised of 51 acres and includes a collection of 5 buildings totaling 43,800 SF.

Buildings include a Corporate Headquarters, Neighbor Services, Market/Kitchen, Welcome Center, and Assembly Hall.
