Join us on Saturday, August 5th at 8:30am for the Splash & Dash at Life Time Arboretum!
Great prizes and post-race refreshments!
Whether you are a beginner or an experience triathlete, this event is a great way to challenge yourself or to get a great brick workout done!
The event is a 750-meter swim, followed by a 2-mile run. You will do one lap swim around the lake, and a 3-lap run around the lake. Each participant is responsible for keeping track of their laps for the run.
Non-members welcome!
