I had this strange realization this morning that it’s actually MY responsibility to educate you on the benefits of salt therapy. Duh, right?

I haven’t done a post like this in over a year. There will be more to come uncovering and bringing to light the hard work that has taken place studying the benefits of salt therapy for a better collective overall wellness — I thank you for your attention and interest in alternative therapies and natural medicines to boost overall health.
