*~Call for submissions for Luby’s: The Fanzine~*

Once as ubiquitous as that highway beaver, Luby’s beloved cafeteria restaurants are disappearing faster than a steam tray of fried fish on Sunday after church. We want to celebrate the beloved home of the LuAnn platter while we can still go eat one at the remaining locations, and invite you to share your favorite Luby’s stories and artwork with us for a zine. Have a favorite memory, strong opinions about the perfect Luby’s order, or a story in which a location figures? Want to interview a family member about going down that line together with your trays? Have some photos? email us and send that in!
