Lotus ObGyn
When the uterus develops fibroids and we can’t manage the bleeding medically we sometimes have to perform a hysterectomy, the removal of the uterus. In this case, we left the ovaries, so they can keep secreting hormones.

Texas women are built strong, but that doesn’t mean you’re meant to struggle in silence.
As a menopause specialist here in Texas, I see it every day — women pushing through brain fog, exhaustion, hot flashes, sleep disruption, weight changes, and feeling like they’ve somehow “lost themselves.”
You haven’t lost yourself.
Your hormones are shifting — and you deserve support through it.
Menopause care isn’t about “toughing it out.”
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body and having access to real, evidence-based options that help you feel like yourself again.
At Lotus Gynecology, we’re changing the narrative around menopause — right here in Texas.
Because strong women still deserve support. 🤍

There are a few things I will always stand FIRM ON:
Women’s pain has been normalized for far too long.
And being told to “just push through”? That’s not healthcare—that’s dismissal.
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, low libido, poor sleep, and feeling disconnected from our bodies are just part of being a woman.
They’re not.
Suffering is not a rite of passage.
Relief is not a luxury.
And being believed shouldn’t be something you have to fight for.
Menopause care should be rooted in listening, evidence, and respect—not minimizing, gaslighting, or outdated narratives.
At Lotus Gynecology, we do things differently.
You deserve options. You deserve answers. You deserve to feel like yourself again.
✨ If you’ve been told this is “just aging,” consider this your sign to get a second opinion.
