This is both an appreciation post and a proud moment for me.
On top of celebrating Michael’s birthday today, I want to recognize his consistency, dedication, and hunger to grow. He doesn’t ask for much — he simply shows up, puts in the work, and continues to level up his craft.

A couple of days ago, I watched him teach a hot towel shave the Olde Soul way — with precision, patience, and confidence. He took his time, explained each step, and answered every question with clarity and pride.
