"The Global South doesn't need to adapt Western AI frameworks. We need to build trust architectures that solve localized systemic friction."

This distinction matters.

The standard approach to AI in African and Global South markets is adaptation: take AI frameworks built in Silicon Valley or Europe and adjust them for local contexts.

But adaptation assumes the original framework is the right foundation. It assumes the problems being solved are universal.

They are not.
WESTERN AI SOLVES FOR:
→ Optimizing supply chains with perfect infrastructure
→ Automating processes with stable connectivity
→ Scaling efficiency in high-trust institutional environments

GLOBAL SOUTH NEEDS SOLUTIONS FOR:
→ Building trust where formal institutions are weak
→ Verifying identity without centralized databases
→ Ensuring fairness in contexts with historical inequity and power imbalances
→ Operating effectively with infrastructure constraints

These are fundamentally different problems requiring fundamentally different approaches.

The solution is not to adapt Western frameworks. It is building trust architectures from the ground up, designed specifically to solve localized systemic friction.

POLL:
LIKE: We adapt Western AI frameworks
LOVE: We build local frameworks from scratch
CARE: We use a hybrid approach
WOW: Still exploring our options

Most leaders are using AI as a slightly better search engine. This free webinar changes that in 60 minutes.

If you have been waiting for a practical starting point with AI, one that does not require a technical background or a three-day course, this is it.

On Thursday, 30 July, Nono Bokete runs a free live build session: AI Stacking for Beginners. She sets up a real, working three-tool AI workflow from scratch, on screen, every click visible:
1. Claude — Draft and analyse
2. Gamma — Build the deck
3. Fireflies — Capture the meetings

You follow along on your own device. By the end of the 60 minutes, you will have a connected, tested AI workflow you can use at work on Monday.

This is not a demo of what AI can theoretically do. This is Nono's actual workflow, built live in front of you.
No AI experience required. It is free. It is one hour. And you leave with something real.

Register free: https://meet.zoho.com/vmjx-zwz-wbs

Spots are limited. This is a live session, and we are keeping the group small, so there is time for real questions. Register now before it fills.

See you on Thursday.
