We are very pleased to announce the addition of Zach Sumners to the Floyd Real Estate team!
Zach is an attorney, escrow officer, & real estate agent. Originally from Beaumont, Texas, Zach has called central Texas home since 2003. He received his undergrad degree in Political Science & History from the University of Texas in 2006, his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio in 2011, then quickly hightailed it back to Austin to embark on his professional career in real estate.
Working primarily in title and escrow since 2014, Zach has closed hundreds of real estate transactions in Austin & throughout the state of Texas for buyers & sellers alike. Zach’s diverse experience allows him to educate & creatively guide his clients through the home-buying process.
Zach is married to Andrea Bergia, a local family law attorney. In their spare time, you can usually find them doing all they can to tire out their beloved pup, Clark, on one of Austin’s many beautiful hiking trails. Like most other Austinites, Zach is also a huge fan of live music, stand up comedy, the arts, & all things Longhorn sports.
