Sometimes we think, “I have a gigantic problem, a big dream, or a huge challenge to overcome.” But when we use language like this, it can trick us into believing we’re small or limited.

The truth is, what’s within us is greater than anything we face.

Whatever you may be facing right now is actually calling more of you forward.

And you aren’t just facing life, you embody its creative, ever-moving energy. You are, as Rumi says, the universe in motion.

When we pause and remember that the life within us is greater than any circumstance in front of us, we open ourselves to new ideas, fresh perspectives, and next steps we might not have seen before.

What “moreness” within you is ready to come forward today?

As we wrap up 2025, I’ve been reflecting on a powerful truth:

Some people live 90 years. And a lot of us often live one year, 90 times.

On the outside, some things might change, but on the inside, it can feel the same, year after year, as old habits and patterns repeat themselves:

- The same stress
- The same overthinking
- The same worries, doubts and frustrations
- The same reactions to people, circumstances, and situations
- And the same feeling that there’s never enough time for what we really want to do

It’s not that we don’t want change.
It’s that real, lasting change starts within us, with how we think, what we believe, and how we see ourselves. And honestly, that’s hard to do alone.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
When we honestly look at where we are, especially with someone who can see our strengths and potential, it’s so much easier to get a new perspective. That’s when everything can shift: we see new options, and real transformation becomes possible.

Celebrating My 18th Advanced Training as a Certified Life Mastery Consultant!

Today, my heart is full of gratitude and excitement for what’s next.

From the very beginning, I felt called to speak, teach, and support others, but I wasn’t sure what I had to share beyond my own story of growth. Everything shifted when I discovered the Brave Thinking Institute. There, I learned a proven system based on timeless, universal principles that empower people to create real and lasting results, no matter their starting point.

Becoming certified in 2014 was just the beginning. Since then, I’ve invested in 18 advanced certification trainings and ongoing mentorship with world-class faculty and mentors. I stay in the study because I believe there’s always more to learn and more ways to grow. That commitment helps me show up as the best coach I can be for the people I serve.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of sharing these tools with organizations and teams, as well as incredible individuals and long-term clients.
