Today, we say goodbye to Conans Pizza’s longest running member, Erich Knapp. Erich, has worked with Conans Pizza for a quarter of a century. He has worked at every location and has been an encyclopedia of Conan’s history, culture, care and has ensured that every pizza, every ingredient and every process has been properly taught & passed on to every new employee throughout the years.

Today is his last shift with Conans Pizza. Stop by today and wish him the best on his new journey.

He will be missed dearly but never forgotten. Thank you, Erich for everything that you have done for this company that we all love so much.
