For this Department Head Spotlight, we’re celebrating Diane and the incredible work she does behind the scenes in the shoe department at Better ATX 👟✨

Since 2007, Diane has helped process thousands of donated shoes alongside our back room team by cleaning, sizing, pricing, and preparing them for the sales floor. From everyday staples to brand-new designer finds, she’s seen firsthand just how many amazing treasures come through our doors.

Thanks to Diane’s hard work and care, shoppers are able to find quality shoes at affordable prices while supporting programs that give back to the Austin community.
