It features Sotol, one of the Seven Mexican Spirits. From northern Mexico and the southwestern U.S. it’s made ade from the Dasylirion plant (desert spoon) rather than agave, it offers a unique, earthy flavor profile with crisp, grassy notes and subtle minerality.
