And who better to teach it than Jam, the queen herself, the mastermind behind all those mouthwatering dishes! 🙌 Her class was like a culinary masterclass with tons of secrets revealed. Did you know the secret behind Pad Thai? It’s tamarind water in the sauce! 🤯🌿 Or that you should NEVER shake coconut milk before using it for curries (because you want to boil the cream first)? 🥥🔥
