"Amazon Introduces FBA Capacity Limits to Streamline Inventory Planning for Sellers"
Amazon is introducing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) capacity limits to make it easier for sellers to plan their inventory. These limits will be announced in the third full week of each month, and sellers will also be given estimated limits for the next two months to help them plan ahead. Additionally, sellers will be able to request higher limits via the Capacity Manager, which uses a reservation fee system. The reservation fee will be offset by performance credits earned from sales made using the extra capacity. These limits will be measured in volume to better reflect sellers' capacity usage, and an estimate of units will also be provided.
