Sourdough has become my outlet in the last five ish months. I love baking and if I bake for you, that’s how you know I realllllyy love you. My sourdough isn’t perfect, but it’s fun seeing myself improve and try new things with it! Also—in case you didn’t know, sourdough actually has some great benefits to your health👇🏽
1. It can improve your digestion because of the fermentation process it goes through.
