The “PPO discount” isn’t always what it seems.

Many employers are unknowingly paying 300%+ of Medicare rates under traditional PPO models—despite being told they’re receiving strong discounts. Meanwhile, forward-thinking plan designs are achieving 140–180% of Medicare, delivering greater transparency, control, and meaningful savings.

It’s time to rethink what “value” really looks like in your health plan.

At Rave Benefits, we help organizations:
✔ Evaluate their current benefits strategy with clarity
✔ Break free from inflated pricing models
✔ Incorporate cash pay options for high-value, upfront pricing
✔ Design smarter, more sustainable health plans
✔ Create an avenue for more affordable access to care for employees and their families

You don’t have to do this alone—and you shouldn’t.

If you’re ready to take an innovative approach to your health plan and actually understand where your dollars are going, let’s connect.

We had a great day at the Oklahoma State Capitol with the NABIP Oklahoma City Chapter a few weeks ago advocating for policies that impact employers, employees, and the future of healthcare in our state.

While there it was an honor to hear from Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready and engage in conversations around legislation that can expand access to care while helping reduce overall healthcare costs. These discussions are critical for the employers and employees we serve every day.

At Rave Benefits, we are passionate about being part of the conversation and working with legislators to support policies that create more transparency, better access to care, and more sustainable healthcare solutions.

Lacey Beloncik and Katelynn Smith-Thain were proud to attend and connect with many other professionals who are committed to advocating for meaningful change in Oklahoma. Thank you NABIP for hosting this great event!
