Two weeks in… and I’m already loving this collagen!!

As someone who lifts 3–4 times a week and plays beach volleyball about 5 days a week, I put my body through a lot. So anything that can support joint mobility, muscle recovery, and longevity has my attention.

I’m only two weeks into using this new collagen, but I can already tell my body feels a little more supported especially after long days on the sand or heavy lift days.

But if I’m being honest… the part I’m really curious about is the skin side of things.

My face has always been something I’ve been a little self-conscious about. So I’m genuinely excited (and slightly anxious šŸ˜…) to see what happens with consistent use over the next couple months.

My friend Holly was sharing that she’s already noticed a difference with collagen on her hands and neck, and the second she said that I thought… ā€œOkay… we’re documenting this.ā€ So yes!! You better believe I took before pictures of both.

I’m really excited to see where things are two months from now with consistent use.

Between the joint support, recovery benefits, and potential skin glow-up, I have a feeling this might be one of those things I wish I started sooner.
