Two weeks in⦠and Iām already loving this collagen!!
As someone who lifts 3ā4 times a week and plays beach volleyball about 5 days a week, I put my body through a lot. So anything that can support joint mobility, muscle recovery, and longevity has my attention.
Iām only two weeks into using this new collagen, but I can already tell my body feels a little more supported especially after long days on the sand or heavy lift days.
But if Iām being honest⦠the part Iām really curious about is the skin side of things.
My face has always been something Iāve been a little self-conscious about. So Iām genuinely excited (and slightly anxious š
) to see what happens with consistent use over the next couple months.
My friend Holly was sharing that sheās already noticed a difference with collagen on her hands and neck, and the second she said that I thought⦠āOkay⦠weāre documenting this.ā So yes!! You better believe I took before pictures of both.
Iām really excited to see where things are two months from now with consistent use.
