If you need a good flooring guy. My client had some damage to some old oak flooring. We were on a bit of a time-table as we had new tenants coming in a few days. Instead of suggesting a complete overhaul Mr. Swan was able to give us a good solution on eliminating the floor-give and filling in the spaces and gaps. My client was happy with the price and workmanship. First 2 photos are Before, after the business card is the 1 After. The other photos were from a recent job he was finishing. (He specifically does glue-down wood flooring, vinyl plank and laminate flooring)

If you are not an agent, I would recommend him but give you 2 other contractors to get bids from. (Everyone should do their own Due Diligence before hiring a contractor!)
