Something funny happens when you finally say “enough is enough”.
I’ve been struggling to feel confident in my body for the past couple of years.
This year I said enough is enough.
Still progress to be made, but happy with my commitment and direction. Only a couple months between photos.
I promise you, if you are saying you are committed but not seeing results you just aren’t committed enough…that was me.
I foreclosed my identity in 2025
Since moving on from NLCA, and building my 3rd business, Act 1st Closing Academy I’ve gone from….
Business over everything -> working on excelling in all areas of my life (fitness, mindset, spirituality, relationships, and career)
So far…
👉 bloodwork is significantly better
👉 haven’t had alcohol in 99 days
👉 training for a marathon
👉 best shape I’ve been in years
👉 marriage is stronger than ever
👉 my wife and I are doing more personal development together
👉 I am attending personal development events again
👉I’m closer to god than I’ve ever been
👉 I am developing more social confidence (was a pervious challenge)
👉 I am more productive in my career, getting my hardest work done by 1pm every day
Overall I am in a great flow in life.
It’s funny because in the last year of operating NLCA I was going through a ton of battles.
I white knuckle gripped my life, and tried to control the outcomes.
I’m starting to believe that God wanted me to let go. God wanted me to foreclose that chapter in my life. God wanted me to rid myself of my weaknesses to step into something bigger and better.
If you are going through a season of challenges, don’t stop fighting, but surrender the outcome in knowing that something greater than you is at work.
Act 1st,
Chad

Week in review: 82 days sober & feeling great about life. Healthiest I’ve been in a long while. Getting back into competition by training for a marathon. Deeper in my spiritual journey. Starting a new business. My marriage is strong. Life is good right now, not by accident but by choice.
