Spring momentum is building in the Austin market. Buyer activity is picking up, with pending home sales across Central Texas up more than 10% year over year, a sign that demand is strengthening as we head into the spring season. Inventory remains steady, giving buyers more options while well-prepared homes are still attracting strong interest.
