We are pleased to share that AKOUNOUKA's CPR Missionaries successfully trained 63 students at Institution Soleil du Savoir in Cap Haitian.
Open-air CPR training - a new reality in Haiti! A group of security guards and beach goers trained to save lives.
Per the security guards, two people drowned this week at the beach. Their eagerness and joy of learning CPR testify of their willingness to apply the lifesaving knowledge when needed.

Tragedy struck northern Haiti today where dozens of people died of suffocation. Remember: FREE CPR training is critical.
Bringing CPR knowledge to the schools in Haiti for FREE is no longer a dream; it is now happening through our Breathe Life campaign thanks to the hard work of AKOUNOUKA's CPR Missionaries. Over 150 students trained yesterday in Lycée National Toussaint Louverture de Bréda in a historic training session.

Another group of locals received AKOUNOUKA's FREE CPR training last Sunday in Cap Haitien. It is worth noting that FREE CPR training of the masses was a foreign term in the Caribbean. Our mission goes beyond typical non-profit works. But, knowing that people in impoverished communities are having free access to the knowledge of resuscitation techniques brings a joy of immeasurable capacity.
