AKOUNOUKA had the privilege of partnering with Bethesda Medical Center to provide FREE CPR training to both patients and staff.
When a cardiac arrest, drowning, choking emergency, or medical crisis occurs, the first few minutes can mean the difference between life and death. By equipping healthcare workers, patients, and community members with lifesaving CPR skills, we are strengthening the chain of survival and empowering ordinary people to become first responders for their families, neighbors, and communities.
Every person trained represents another potential life saved.
We are grateful to the leadership and staff of Bethesda Medical Center for welcoming our team and sharing in the vision of making lifesaving knowledge accessible to everyone. Together, we are building a Haiti where CPR is not just something seen in movies—it is a skill that belongs to every community.
