The Posture Dojo
I went to the other side of the world and found out they are doing exactly what I do to support and decompress the spine.

New scoliosis research is shifting the conversation, and where it is landing is actually good news.
The standard approach for decades has been mechanical. Target the curve. Brace the spine. Strengthen the muscles around it. This makes sense if posture is a structural problem, but the research is showing it is not primarily that.
Posture is an output of your nervous system. Your brain runs a prediction model for how to organize your body in space, and your spine arranges itself around that prediction. When the model gets stuck, the pattern locks in. The curve is not the cause. It is what the cause looks like in the body.
This is why orthopedic and mechanical approaches have a ceiling. They are working on the output layer. They are treating the printout, not the printer.
The emerging research is pointing upstream, toward sensory processing, proprioception, and how the nervous system reads and updates its own body map. That is a completely different leverage point, and it changes what addressing posture actually means.
The good news is that nervous systems update. That is what they are built to do.
