Thankful every day for the women on this team who chose this with me.

Because let’s be honest — this road isn’t easy. The self-doubt is loud. The fear is persistent. Some days staying true to your purpose feels like the bravest and most exhausting thing you’ve ever done.

But then I look at the women beside me. And I look at the women who ‘walk through our doors’ — faces open, guards down, finally in a space that was built for them.
And I think: this is exactly what we’re supposed to be doing.

To my team and my friends — thank you for not letting me ever forget that. 🌸
