It is recognizing that your way is not God's way and choosing to turn toward Him in faith, obedience, and surrender. Repentance is not about shame, guilt, or condemnation; it is about transformation. God does not call us to repentance to push us away, but to draw us closer. Every act of repentance is an invitation to leave behind what is destroying us and embrace the life, freedom, and purpose found in Christ. Repentance is not simply turning from sin, it is turning toward God.
