Leg Pulls are seriously one of the yummiest techniques in JFB Myofascial Release. At least in my humble opinion.

A leg pull incorporates so many facets of your lower extremities. It helps elongate and balance the lower extremities but it can also facilitate balance and freedom of the pelvis. It gives the lower part of your spine a nice stretch, too.

This is just one of many techniques used in JFB Myofascial Release to help your body heal and find freedom of movement. Book an appointment and come on in to experience the amazing benefits of Myofascial Release.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (MFR) TREATMENT:

When you arrive, your therapist will have an intake with you either sitting, standing or lying down. They will be considering your body in gravity, looking for visual blockages they can see in your physical body as well as your energetic body. Both your physical and energetic body will be treated during a session.

When the therapist is touching you, they will be sinking into your tissues using a gentle pressure. They will only sink into your tissue to the point of resistance from your body. A trained John Barnes MFR therapist knows how to detect simple nuances in your system. They will not always touch you where you feel pain as the blockage may be located somewhere else in your body.

There are several different techniques utilized in the John Barnes MFR system to release your fascia. Whatever the technique the therapist is using, it will always be done in a gentle sustained manner. It will never cause you injury.

MFR is a relaxing, releasing experience. I encourage you to go into a session with an open and curious mind. If you have further questions about what a session is like, please reach out. I'm always here and happy to chat with you.
