Hi, I’m Diedra 💚

Born and raised in Texas, and now building something of my own right here in Austin 🌿

I’m a single mom first (always), and everything I do is with my daughter in mind — showing her what it looks like to take a risk and actually go for it ✨

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years — sales, service industry, and honestly just figuring life out as I go (which I think most of us are doing anyway 😅). But now I’m stepping into something that feels personal… something I’m genuinely proud of.

Verde Mami started in my kitchen. Just me, making salsa because I love cooking…

But somewhere between tasting it and going back for “just one more bite” five times, I had a moment like,
“Okay wait… this might actually be something 👀.”

So here we are 💚
Building this from the ground up, one small batch at a time.

My dream?
To grow this into something bigger — a full experience, a brand, maybe even a ceviche and caviar cart for private events someday 😌✨

Right now it’s salsa… but I know it’s more than that.

Also, let’s be real… if this goes well and I never have to clock in somewhere again, I will not be mad about it 😭💅
