In honor of Khruangbin’s A LA SALA tour stopping thru ATX this month, I’m offering this very special themed Slow Flow - set to the Khru’s groovy tunes….

Join me for a curated playlist in celebration of Khruangbin & enjoy the psychedelic atmosphere of our BSY East studio (an amateur light show/projections set up by yours truly)

But most importantly - we use the backdrop + the music to truly celebrate both our ability and mobility on our mats…..as movement is the real medicine
