In so many ways, things are coming back to life - not just after winter but after a crazy year 😓 . We put a lot on pause ⏯ but now it’s time to take charge, put our health and fitness goals back in the spotlight and step into these next sunny months feeling and looking our best! 😊

Was feeling that brunchy vibe today - yep it’s still !
To go with a buttery scramble and bacon, I made keto freezer waffles with maple syrup & peanut butter powder to make a very tasty topping 😋
I keep things like these waffles, desserts, ice cream etc. as an OCCASIONAL treat, not for every day or even every week.
Why? Because the whole point of adopting a diet is learning a new way of eating, eating whole foods & ditching the sweet tooth - not continuing to feed it with low carb goodies 🦷 🙃 it’s like quitting smoking but switching to a v**e... are you really addressing the habit? 🧐
Food for thought 😊 doesnt mean I didn’t enjoy the hell outta this breakfast treat! All about strategic >>> restrictive!
