Strawberry Banana Smoothie (2 Ingredients!)
Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas (room temperature)
½ cup water
8 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the bananas into pieces. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.

Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup low calorie orange juice (I used Trop50)
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup pineapple chunks or tidbits (fresh, canned, or frozen)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 cup oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on medium high for 1 minute.
Drink immediately.
Notes
Other add ins:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, organic peanut butter, ground flaxseed, protein powder, additional fruit, avocado, pure vanilla bean paste, fresh kale, fresh spinach.
