The Zero Proof

Sweet pineapple. Bright lime. A dash of soy sauce. 🍍 Blended smooth and poured over Black Ginger. Sweet, savory, and perfectly unexpected.🍹

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tenneyson
4 oz water
¾ oz lime juice
½ tsp soy sauce (3ml)
½ cup frozen pineapple (100g)
2 cup crushed ice (200g)
1 tbsp granulated cane sugar (12g)

Instructions:
Combine pineapple, ice, water, sugar, lime, and soy sauce.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour the Tenneyson into a chilled pint glass.
Top with the blended pineapple mixture.
Garnish with grilled pineapple, pairs perfectly with chicken teriyaki.
