Introducing the heart of our new Medical Real Estate Fund: Investing with Impact. We take immense pride in giving back by donating a portion of our General Partnership profits, via our Redemption Foundation, to Non-Profit Organizations dedicated to su***de prevention.
Recently, I had the privilege of meeting Shannon Rotenberg in Los Angeles, the driving force behind Just Keep Livin’ Foundation (Matthew McConaughey) and Faith Fight Finish Foundation by Dak Prescott. These are just two of the impactful organizations we've chosen to support on our platform. She and her team shared with me the amazing work they are doing in the community! Alongside them, we are thrilled to stand behind the commendable efforts of Hayden's Corner, Mission 22, OATH, and Stop Soldier Su***de.
Together, we are making a difference in the community and beyond.

Each of us likely carries the memory of someone — a classmate, a relative, a fellow service member — who gave their life in service to our country.
Today, we pause to honor their sacrifice and reflect on the freedoms we hold because of their courage.
May we never take that freedom for granted. 🫡
Today, I want to talk about Character.
Our very first multifamily deal was hit hard by COVID. Solid Class C asset, decent neighborhood—but crime doesn’t honor property lines, especially when local economies are under stress. Rent relief didn’t show up the way we hoped, and ultimately, the bank took the property back.
It was one of the hardest seasons of my life.
But here’s what mattered most: we didn’t disappear. We stayed in constant communication with our investors. I made a personal commitment to make them whole—however long it would take.
And because of that integrity, many of those same investors are still with us. They’ve reinvested. They’ve seen us win. And they trust us because they saw who we were when things didn’t go right.
That’s character.
And in this current market—where operators are staring down floating rates and maturing loans—it matters more than ever.
