We celebrated out 10 year wedding anniversary in this year! This place is amazing! Epic mountain climbs, waterfall hikes, mud baths, crazy windy roads, driving on the 'wrong side of the road', and of course resorts everywhere.
We split our time on the island between the mountain hikes and an amazing resort: . Please go check this place out. It is a wellness retreat all inclusive that fills your day with a giant calendar of activities.
You can go for a bike ride, yoga, meditate, beach CrossFit , take a painting class, or get a message at all times the day. It truly is a very unique place to wind down or ramp up. Whatever you prefer!

Journaling is something I have done to help ease my mind and also remember the best parts of our trips. I discovered smash journaling years ago and decided that would be a fun way to memorialize our bus trips but also just daily life at home.

A little life lately ✨️
Before leg surgery of course.
I haven’t been great at posting but now not being able to walk ( temporarily of course), I have a new found appreciation for these special moments and memories that really are worth recording and posting about. It definitely brings me joy when I look back at these moments on this little online scrapbook of mine.
Anyways, the past few weeks have been filled with lots of friend & family time, warm weather, music and lots of nature ☀️⛰️
