This is something I’m SUPER excited about and I promise you’ve NEVER seen anything like this!

This is what I believe what rehab for weightlifters should look like!

This is how I helped a weightlifter with chronic lower back pain go from front squatting very light weight to heavy sn**ch and clean and jerks in 8 weeks!

In it is the details of the initial evaluation, their custom combined weightlifting and rehab programming, my explanations why for each exercise, and the patient’s own notes!
