I do not negotiate who I am with anyone. Period.

It's something I used to do. It took me years to feel comfortable in my own skin.

I was that quiet introvert who everyone thought was stupid or stuck up because I wasn't being loud and speaking up.

I wasn't doing what everyone else was doing. Fitting in, belonging, being extroverted enough. That s**t wasn't me and it never felt good to me.

It took me years to speak my truth, to embody it and embrace it.

But something inside of me broke like a dam.

Negotiating who I was to others was a f**king betrayal to myself and I no longer hold space for that.

If you try to do that with me, that will get you deleted from my life permanently!

I protect my energy fiercely and only certain people are allowed to be apart of my life.

It only takes one time to claim who you really are.

It only takes one time to pull away from the pack of society and be who you are and own it.

CLAIM IT!

Once you take the BOLD AF scary move to stand on your OWN, watch yourself shine bright.

You will light up from the inside out.

Watch the layers strip away.

The shame and guilt all melt away.

You'll never betray yourself in that way ever again.

When you Choose fitting in, over belonging to yourself, it's painful.

There is so much strength and beauty in BECOMING who you are, owning yourself, owning your truth, and trusting in yourself.

It took me a while to get there so I understand the uncertainty.

I understand the vulnerability.

I understand the shame and guilt that comes from it.

I understand why it feels so terrifying to put yourself out there.

But I promise you, you will not regret it when you Choose YOU.

Remember that courage requires vulnerability.

If you think being brave doesn't involve stepping outside of your comfort zone, breaking down walls of steel that you have put up...

Then you're not being brave at all.

Being brave involves taking risks and diving into uncertainty.

You don’t have to be loud AF to do this.

Going all in on YOU is the passage that can and will change your entire f**king life!

Put yourself into that arena. Go after you! Become the best version of you!

If you fail, fail daringly, fail grately. But please keep going.

And just keep doing it like it's second nature. Like it's the air you breathe.

It's not about winning or losing.
