It's been too long! Had to go in and make some changes! It appears it is still important to get this stuff out here! Maybe it's time for an Instagram??? Great property at a great value.

Closed a new one today! Went under contract to build this one in Dripping Springs about 10 months ago. We closed in the mid $500's after a ton of upgrades. If this thing hit the market today it would easily sell at $700k.

Also, yesterday(the day before closing) I get a call that my client is going into labor but they still want to close! Ended up she was sent home from the hospital and not ready yet but it was a wild scramble to get a mobile notary to head to their room to sign docs! That one was a first.

In other news, I've never been a pants with sandals kinda guy but I must say that the idea of shoes today just didn't feel right.
