Boat Masters Texas ⚓️ is expanding and I’m looking to bring on a few strong, reliable women to join the crew 💪🏼

We’re working on Lake LBJ & Lake Travis detailing and restoring boats throughout the week. This is hands-on, get-it-done work — not for someone afraid to sweat, learn, and level up.

💰 Pay varies based on experience and/or work ethic

Entry Level (No experience)
• $14 – $17/hr
• Washing, drying, interiors, basic work
• Needs supervision

2. Intermediate (Knows what they’re doing)
• $18 – $22/hr
• Can handle boats solo (wash, wax, basic buffing)
• Shows up, consistent, reliable

3. Advanced / Crew Lead
• $22 – $30+/hr
• Oxidation removal, compounding, gelcoat knowledge
• Can run jobs without me
• Can train others

📚 No experience? That’s okay — willingness to learn matters more
⏰ Must show up on time, ready to work
🚤 Bonus if you can back up a trailer (or are willing to learn)
