A blessing in disguise. A much needed moment to disconnect from social media, notifications, and distractions. A moment to tune into myself.

Being a highly sensitive person, I realized how overwhelmed I had become with my phone. Feeling the need to respond to everyone, waiting for someone's reply, scrolling to no end, post this, check on this, and check on that. 🤯

Presence is a powerful place where my imagination thrives. The less distractions, the more inner guidance and creativity. More clarity, less stress, deeper and more meaningful in-person connections, and making memories that last.
