Our recipe included ground pork sautéed with mushrooms, onions and zucchini with the Penny Bun blend (+ a tsp each of thyme, oregano, and salt). Add leftover rice & crushed tomatoes, let the mixture cool, then stuff into red peppers sliced in half. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook in the oven (400 degrees) for 30 mins covered & 10 mins uncovered. Full recipe with a video will be available on our website soon!
