I recently helped one of my best friends and his beautiful wife close on a their house I helped him with a few years ago. I am very pleased to say we destroyed the highest price per square foot sold in their hood!

Crazy transactions seem to follow like an annoying younger sibling. Have you had an agent go through a doggie door to get into a house without permission? Turns out that is a thing🤦🏼‍♂️

Next up is our hunt for the house they get to raise their first child in. To say I am excited for them is a gross understatement

So happy to be here this weekend to celebrate and with my lady. Looking forward to standing up there with my guy tonight. Been a long time coming my man. I can think back on so many conversations we had about settling down and finding the right one. Now look at us, who woulda thought?!?! Not me!!
