Structure 2 Scale is hiring a Talent Success Manager to champion the growth, performance, and long-term success of our remote Talents. This is a high-trust, people-first role that demands equal parts empathy and accountability.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
🟢Bring 3+ years of experience in Talent Success, people development, or employee relations in a remote environment (non-negotiable)
🟢Lead 1:1 check-ins, Growth Milestone Meetings, and PIPs
🟢Identify disengagement risks and performance concerns before they escalate and act on them decisively
🟢Build trust-based relationships with Talents that translate into measurable retention outcomes
🟢Navigate cross-functional dynamics across Client Success, People Ops, and Leadership with confidence
🟢Communicate with authority and empathy in both written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
🟢Operate independently with strong follow-through and a high ownership standard
