The modular building was put in place in just hours, but an opening date has not yet been announced. Gun Lake Investments along with Jeff Konczak, owner of B Cubed Manufacturing, purchased the iconic burger brand months ago. Another Hot ‘n Now will be built in Alpena in the near future.
