This past weekend, several of our Grackle City FC teammates participated in a tournament that helped raise funds for local autism organizations. Kicking It for a Cause was a huge success, and we’re so proud of everyone who showed up to support such an important mission!

Many of you know that autism is very close to our heart. Our grackle President & JKP captain, Dana’s daughter, Avery, who many of you have met on the sidelines, comes to every game and absolutely loves watching us all play. Without this Grackle community, Dana wouldn’t be able to play nearly as much as she does.

“I want to personally thank my teammates who take the time to talk with Avery, help her open snacks, and kick the ball around with her before and after games. Your kindness and inclusion mean more than words can express. Many of you have watched her grow and make incredible progress over the years, and your support has been a meaningful part of our journey.

Abby lived with many large and small dogs and doesn't mind sharing her human and dog friends.
